French is our darkest roast, taken to the second crack where the oils start to surface on the bean. At this point, the flavors of the bean origin start to diminish and the profile is going to resemble more of the roast process.
Online orders will be received through the week. We roast on Thursdays and ship on Friday.
If an order is received later than 8:00 on Thursday, it will be roasted on the following Thursday, shipped on the following Friday.
