About Us

Getting the opportunity to leave home to go learn to roast coffee, pretty cool. Getting to spend 6 weeks in Guatemala, traveling to the farms, meeting the farmers, seeing the process, and learning not only to roast but what it takes to get the coffee from plant to cup, absolutely amazing. But I won’t deny it, it was never about the coffee, it was about the people. While getting to serve people amazing beverages, seeing their faces light up and hearing the gratitude is a blast, nothing beats getting to connect with someone new, whether on a farm in Guatemala, or in a coffee shop in Walla Walla. We believe that this life is a gift, and whatever it takes, even if it’s as simple as good coffee and a good conversation, we want people to see that, and believe it for themselves.
