This is our stand alone dark roast that we offer. As a Guatemalan Fully washed bean, the Cosecha is roasted up to 460 degrees before heat is shut off and the beans are allowed to roll in the smoke for a few seconds before being dropped.

This creates a rich, fully bodied flavor experience that is reminiscent of that first cup of coffee in the morning feeling. We hope that the bold smoky flavors of sweet aromatic tobacco and wheat give you just what you need to start your day off right.
