This bean is one of our shop favorites! It is a Guatemalan coffee, which tends to be more earthy and natural in flavor. However, what brings it to life is that it is processed as a natural.
This brings more of the fruit flavors that you love to the forefront of your palate, while staying true to many of the desirable traits that you may be looking for in a Guatemalan bean.

Online orders will be received through the week. We roast on Thursdays and ship on Friday.
If an order is received later than 8:00 on Thursday, it will be roasted on the following Thursday, shipped on the following Friday.
